Spanish and more Spanish

Photos

A view of the buildings that I enjoyed

Fountain in the center of town

More interesting buildings and lots of steps. Guanajuato is a hilly city

Teatro Juarez. The lifeline of the city. Almost 24 hours a day there groups of people sitting on the steps or performing outside. This is a beautiful building and I am hoping to take in a play I'm here.

Ha ha. Just in case I get sick. Here is the hospital

Statue of local hero Pipula. And the tunnel system of the city

The architectural students center.

Cool view of the city

Catholic church.

The rocky road I have to climb to get back to my house from class

Another statue for Miguel de Cervantes

My house from the city

  1. I am very jealous that I'm not there with you! The town looks really unique. I would love it if you took me there some day :)

P.S. Don't count on such a nice breakfast each morning! ha

    I love you, Allyn
